Xiamen Kecheng Hardware Products Co., Ltd. Was established in 1998 and it belongs to a private enterprise. Located at Xiamen Xiang′an Torch Industrial Park Phase III, it possesses standardized industrial plants and production workshop over 8, 000 square meters specializing in the development of precise hardware moulds and the production of precise hardware stamping parts.

Moulds manufacture: Bearing a professional development team and advanced mould processing equipment, the Company provides full services from development evaluation to the design, manufacture of moulds and able to undertake externally the design and development of various moulds such as precise cold pressing moulds, extrusion moulds, forging moulds and multi-station progressive moulds.

Parts processing: Possessing complete pressing workshop and advanced production equipment (12 sets of automatic punching machine of 25T to 110T of Taiwan Chinfong, 13 sets of automatic punching machine of 110T to 300T of Japan AIDA, 12 sets of hydraulic machine of 100T to 600T and 2 sets of extrusion machine of 1000T), the Company is able to undertake the manufacture of various precise hardware pressing/extruding/forging products. Meanwhile, our Company also possesses the assembly workshop of 1, 000 square meters and is able to provide assembly services of hardware products.

Quality control: Regarding the quality as the basis of the enterprise′s existence, the Company sets up the quality assurance center equipped with 3D and universal microscopes, projectors, durometers, salt spray testing machine, digital displaying height gauges/calipers/micrometers and other advanced inspection equipment. The Company passed the authentication of ISO9001: 2000 in 2002 and obtained the consecutive authentication. Sticking to prevent the occurrence of quality problems from the design, the Company conducts the quality control during the whole process.
